Our Story

Hey there! We’re Ashley, Sal, and Sam, the family behind Perfectly Prepped—and we figured we’d take a minute to tell you how this whole thing started.

We’re a small, family-run business, and honestly, Perfectly Prepped started because life got crazy. After Sam was born, finding the time to cook healthy, homemade meals became harder than we expected. So, we started meal prepping for our own family.

Then our friends and family started noticing and asking, “Wait…can we get some too?” What started as Sal spending a couple of hours in the kitchen quickly turned into full days of cooking for Ashley and Sal—all under Sam’s supervision, since he runs the show now.

From there, things just kept growing. Someone needed food for their son’s high school graduation, then came family gatherings, birthday parties, holidays, and other special events. Before we knew it, people weren’t just asking us for meal prep—they were asking us to cater their big moments.

Then came another question: “Could you come to my house and make this fresh for me?”

So we started offering in-home cooking, creating fresh meals right in our customers’ kitchens and tailoring them to what they wanted.

And then, because apparently we like keeping ourselves busy, we started offering in-home cooking classes, too! We get to share what we know, cook together, and hopefully help people feel a little more confident in their own kitchens.

And that’s really the story of Perfectly Prepped so far. We started by trying to make our own family life a little easier, and it has grown into something we genuinely love.

We’re still growing, still cooking, and still saying yes to whatever comes next.
